          RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE

 Preferred Customer Maintenance Benefits

Your "DISCOUNT CLUB" Membership is designed to "PAY
FOR ITSELF" with fewer breakdowns and extended
equipment life. We run very few repair calls for our
customers who regularly schedule maintenance.

PRE-SEASON:  COOLING TUNE-UP & FURNACE SAFETY CHECKS are included
in your maintenance agreement. Our semi-annual preventative maintenance
procedure will return your cooling/heating system as close to it's original manufactured
condition as possible.

DISCOUNTS: Discount Club Members receive 10% discount on parts and labor for
repairs or replacements.

PREVENT MOST BREAKDOWNS BEFORE THEY OCCUR: Most service calls are
predictable and avoidable with semi-annual preventative maintenance. Routine
service maintains high efficiency, lengthens equipment life and helps avoid costly
repairs.
Discount Club Members receive "priority treatment" by being "placed
ahead" of everyone else who calls for service who is not a Club Member.
